How BOS operates

One loop, run for every business

The same six-stage loop runs underneath Affiliate Commerce today, and every business BOS takes on next. Each stage is a real, separately governed capability, not a slide.

    Chief of Staff and the CEO Agent evaluate evidence against a fixed, published policy. The same inputs always produce the same decision.

    A governed proposal routes to the right specialized agent: Product Research, Campaign, Creative, Content, or Publishing.

    A human, or a capability-granted automation actor, approves. Execution is bounded, single-use, and impossible to replay.

A fixed list of action types (spend, publishing, credentials, tenant security, production deployment) can never be automated, under any policy.

Approvals, not assumptions

An automation actor may prepare a proposal only after being granted a specific, named capability. A human decides everything sensitive.

Traceable, immutable history

Every proposal, approval, execution, and outcome is attributable and permanent. Nothing is silently rewritten.
